Over the weekend, the organization announced that Barrister Iyiola Oladokun, a former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, has consented to preside over a live panel discussion.
This session will be part of the weekly radio show hosted by ParrotXtra Media Network on Splash 105.5fm, the leading radio station in Southwestern Nigeria's Ibadan, which airs every Tuesday.
The special broadcast, coinciding with Agboola's birthday, will feature prominent personalities delving into the topic, "Nigeria's Wobbling, Fumbling Democracy: Whose Fault, Way Forward?"
Panellists include Senator Monsurat Sunmonu, Bishop (Dr) Ademola Moradeyo, Hon. Yinka Omikunle, Hon. Tajudeen Adigun Adeniyi, and Oluwaseun Omo Akinola. Ovation International Chairman, Chief Dele Momodu, will join virtually from Ghana.
Each panellist will have two minutes to address the "whose fault" aspect and another two minutes for the "way forward" during the one-hour session, which will be streamed live on SplashFM 105.5 Ibadan's Facebook page between 11 a.m. and 12 noon.
Beyond the intellectual discourse, the day will also include an anniversary cake cutting, gift presentations to widows, and a solemn tribute to the late veteran journalist, Elder Clement Ige, who passed away recently at 68.
