Breaking! Supreme Court Upholds Yahaya Bello's Election Victory.

The Abuja sitting Supreme Court has on Tuesday 20th, 2016 upheld the election victory of the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello.

Justice Sylvester Ngwata's led seven-man panel decision came after hearing the presentations of all counsels involved.

Mr. James faleke, the running mate to late Abubakar Audu under the All Progressives Congress (APC) who died before the final announcement of the election result, alongside other had earlier challenged the five-member panel of justices of the appellate court, who on August 4 2016 unanimously upheld the verdict of the Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal that dismissed his petition.
