Last week, between 9th and 14th February, 2026, golfers from across the Southwest and beyond converged on the Ibadan Golf Club (IGC), Onireke GRA, Ibadan.
The occasion was Captain's Day Golf Tournament 2026 honoring the outgoing Captain, Mr. Seyi Alaba, a renowned security expert and socialite.
This event marked the culmination of Alaba's second term, celebrating his outstanding achievements as IGC Captain.
Aptly themed "Swing of Gratitude, Driving Excellence," the tournament and entire ceremony embodied this spirit.
