The company received this recognition at the 11th edition of the prestigious City People Real Estate Awards 2026, held on Sunday, March 29th, at Etal Events Centre, Oregun, Lagos
Speaking shortly after receiving the accolade, the company's CEO, Engr. Abduljelyl Adekunle Karheem MCIARB, MCIOB, MCABE, Mogaji Adanla, expressed profound gratitude, stating the award is a direct reflection of their unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation within the Nigerian real estate industry.

Apart from his company's recognition, the Afia Group Chairman also received a special award on behalf of the executive governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde as The Most Real Estate Friendly Governor of the Year.
This, the organizers noted, is in appreciation of Governor Makinde's performance in the real estate sector.
