The Society of Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB), Oyo State Chapter, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba Murtala Adebayo Akande, MFR, the Ekerin Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a towering figure whose remarkable contributions have left an enduring imprint on Nigeria’s broadcasting industry and the nation’s traditional institution.

The Society further extolled the Ekerin Olubadan for his exemplary role as a traditional ruler, describing him as a symbol of wisdom, humility and integrity whose commitment to peace, cultural preservation and socio-economic advancement continues to inspire admiration within and beyond Ibadanland.
