Jude Okoye, the former manager of twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye, who were part of the now-defunct hip-hop duo P-square, was granted N100 million bail by the Federal High Court in Lagos on Monday.
According to tvcnewsng, Justice Alexander Owoeye granted the bail with two sureties in like sum.
Jude Okoye was also prohibited from leaving the country by the court's ruling. Among other requirements, the judge ruled that one of the sureties had to be a landowner.
Jude Okoye, the older brother of Peter and Paul Okoye, was charged with money laundering last Wednesday by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The charges included N1.38 billion, $1 million, and £34,537.59. He was charged with seven offenses that were favored against him, along with his business, Northside Music Limited.
