Long before he became a prominent political figure in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Folarin had his own journey through the formative years of life, captured in a collection of old photographs that offer a glimpse into his past.

The throwback pictures, which have continued to attract attention, show the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in some of his earlier years, long before his political career thrust him into the public spotlight.

For many followers of the politician, the photographs provide a nostalgic opportunity to see a different side of Folarin and reflect on how much has changed over the years.

Folarin, who went on to become a senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, has remained a notable figure in the state’s political landscape, particularly through his successive political campaigns and public engagements.

The old-school photographs also offer a visual reminder of the passage of time, allowing admirers, supporters and political observers to compare the politician’s youthful appearance with his present-day public image.

While today’s Folarin is widely recognised for his political activities, the vintage images capture moments from an earlier chapter of his life, presenting a more personal and nostalgic picture of the man behind the political persona.
