Breaking: Kidnapped Orire Pupils, Teachers Regain Freedom

All the pupils and teachers abducted from a school in Orire Local Government Area of Oyo State have regained their freedom following a successful rescue operation by Nigerian security agencies.

The development was announced on Friday by President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, who confirmed that all the victims had been rescued.

“Finally, all the kidnapped pupils and teachers in Orire, Oyo have been rescued by our security agencies,” Onanuga stated in a brief message.

The rescue brings relief to families, residents and well-wishers who had anxiously awaited the safe return of the victims after the shocking abduction that drew widespread condemnation across the country.
