Family of veteran journalist and publisher, Oladotun Samson Oladipo, has announced September 10 and 11, 2026 as the dates for the final rites of the late media executive, who died suddenly at the age of 56.
According to the funeral arrangements released by the family, a Service of Songs will hold on Thursday, September 10, from 4pm to 6pm at Stella Hall, Daystar Christian Centre Headquarters, Plot A3C Ikosi Road, Oregun, Lagos.
The service will be conducted with Emerald Green as the designated colour code, as family, friends, colleagues and associates gather to celebrate the life and legacy of the respected journalist.
A Burial Service will follow on Friday, September 11, between 10am and 11am at the same venue, with mourners expected to observe Angelic White as the colour code for the occasion.
According to the family notice, interment will be attended by family members and close friends only, underscoring the private nature of the final stage of the funeral rites.
